Refund Policy
General Policy Philosophy (Custom Items)
Due to our Print-on-Demand (POD) and Design-on-Demand (DOD) model, every product is custom-created specifically for your pre-paid order. Therefore, all sales are considered final. We offer refunds and returns only under strictly defined conditions related to defects, quality errors, or adherence to the very short eligibility windows defined below.
Full Refund Eligibility (24-48 Hour Window)
A Full Refund (minus original shipping costs) is available only if all of the following conditions are met:
Reason for Refund: The item arrived damaged, defective, or is incorrect (e.g., wrong size/design/color from your order specifications).
Strict Time Limit: The refund/return request is raised through the Osofos website customer portal within 24 hours to 48 hours of the documented delivery time provided by the shipping carrier. Requests received after this exceptionally short window will not qualify for a full refund.
Process: You must provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage along with the request.
Partial Refund Eligibility (After 72 Hours)
A Partial Refund is available only if all of the following conditions are met:
Return Initiation: The return process is initiated after 72 hours of the documented delivery time, but within a maximum of 7 days of delivery.
Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Partial Refund Definition: The refund amount will be calculated as the purchase price less a mandatory 30% restocking/customization fee and the original shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Items
Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper washing, or alteration.
Any item where the refund/return reason is based on a customer error in design, color selection, or size choice (as the item was custom-made to your specification).
Gift cards.
Items requested for return after the 7-day period.
Return Process and Costs
Approval: All returns require prior authorization (RMA) from Osofos.
Return Shipping: For returns qualifying for a Full Refund due to a product defect, Osofos will provide a pre-paid return label. For returns qualifying for a Partial Refund, the customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our Fulfillment Partner, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
