Welcome to Osofos. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Osofos website, services, and purchase of any custom or pre-designed products. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Osofos is a sophisticated startup in the apparel industry, currently focusing on custom and ready-to-wear clothing for all genders and ages. Future offerings will include cosmetics, shoes, and watches, and these Terms will be updated to reflect such expansions.

Osofos operates primarily on a Print-on-Demand (POD) and Design-on-Demand (DOD) model. This means items are only created after your prepaid order is placed.

Fulfillment Partner: We utilize specialized third-party vendors (our "Fulfillment Partner") for the design finalization, production, quality assurance, packaging, and shipping of all apparel products. Osofos acts solely as the design interface, retail platform, and customer service liaison; the Fulfillment Partner executes the order.

Order Acceptance: All orders are pre-paid only and are considered accepted only after payment processing is complete and the design file has been successfully transferred to the Fulfillment Partner.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all images, text, and other materials ("User Content") uploaded for customization. You affirm that you hold all necessary rights and permissions for the use of any User Content.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful, threatening, abusive, invasive of privacy, or infringes on any intellectual property rights (e.g., trademarks or copyrights of others). Osofos reserves the right to refuse to fulfill any order containing prohibited content without a full refund if the violation is deemed malicious.

Intellectual Property (IP): Osofos and its licensors retain all rights to the underlying design elements, templates, and pre-existing collections on the site. Upon ordering a custom product, you grant Osofos and its Fulfillment Partner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and fulfill the User Content solely for the purpose of manufacturing your ordered product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Osofos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party (including our Fulfillment Partner); or (c) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Osofos from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, especially related to the use of unauthorized User Content.

Osofos intends to introduce product lines including cosmetics, shoes, and watches. The purchase and use of these future products will be subject to specific supplementary terms and warranties that will be published upon launch.
