Shipping Policy
General Shipping Overview
All Osofos orders are processed as pre-paid transactions and are fulfilled using a Print-on-Demand (POD) and Design-on-Demand (DOD) operating model. This means that items are created specifically for you after your order is placed, which impacts processing time.
Order Processing and Production Time
Order Verification: 1-2 business days.
Design Finalization & Production: Once verified, the order is transferred to our Fulfillment Partner. Production time typically takes 3-7 business days, though highly complex designs or peak seasons may extend this.
Total Processing Time: Please note that the shipping timeline begins after the combined Order Verification and Production time.
Shipping and Fulfillment
Fulfillment: All shipping and logistics are managed and executed by our specialized third-party Fulfillment Partner.
Shipping Methods: Available shipping methods and estimated transit times (Standard, Expedited) will be provided at checkout and depend on the destination and the Fulfillment Partner's capabilities.
Tracking: Once the Fulfillment Partner ships the item, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive this notification.
Shipping Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages
The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at the time of order placement. If an order is returned to our Fulfillment Partner due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, you are solely responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, VAT, or import taxes levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in your Osofos pre-paid order total and must be paid upon delivery. Osofos and its Fulfillment Partner are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
